24 ShareTransport Bus Sharing Routes Set to Resume on 15 June 2020

ShareTransport will be resuming its bus pooling routes from 15 June 2020 (inclusive).
 
Based on the demand of returning workforce to respective offices indicated to ShareTransport,
24 routes have been planned up and set to resume.
 
These bus pooling routes will serve offices located in areas such as Shenton Way, Alexandra Rd,
Alps Ave, Changi Airfreight, Kent Ridge, Jurong, and many more.
 
These routes are marked [Available] in the ShareTransport active route listing.

How do we get the routes to start?

Routes are subjected to operate based on pre-booked demand. Simply make a booking using the ShareTransport App.

I've made a purchase of daily passes but my service does not resume on 15 June, will I be notified?

Yes. ShareTransport will notify you via email, SMS, and In-App notification. Your passes are automatically converted to future ride credits (expires 31 Aug)

 

How do I view my credits?

  1. Search for your route under the "Active" route listing
  2. Indicate your pick-up & dropoff points
  3. Credit balance will be shown under the calendar before checkout

 

I've made a purchase of a monthly pass but my service does not resume on 15 June, will I be notified?

Yes. ShareTransport will notify you via email, SMS, and In-App notification. 

 

A. If your selected bus route resumes on 15 June, you'll be offered a 50% or balance equivalent of future ride credit offset for your next purchase (expires 31 Dec 2020).

 

B. If your selected bus route does not operate even beyond June, you'll be offered a full 100% credit offset for your next booking (expires 31 Dec 2020)

 

When will I be informed of the routes that will begin in July?

You will be informed before 6pm on 26 June 2020
