I've made a purchase of daily passes but my service does not resume on 2 June, will i be notified?
Yes. ShareTransport will notify you and automatically convert your purchases to future ride credits (expires 31 Aug)
I've made a purchase of a monthly pass but my service does not resume on 2 June, will i be notified?
Yes. ShareTransport will be getting touch with you.
A. If your selected bus route begins towards the 15 June, you'll be offered a 50% or balance equivalent of future ride credit offset for yout next purchase.
B. If your selected bus route does not operate even beyond June, you'll be offered a full 100% credit offset for your next booking (expires 31 Dec 2020)
When will I be informed of the routes that will begin towards the 2nd half of June?
You will be informed on 15 June 2020, 3 pm. Please continue to invite your friends and colleagues for will be resuming commuting to work to join in the waitlist as routes will operate subject to demand.
